Look into natural beverages that may help to soothe your anxious symptoms. There are people who believe chamomile tea is an excellent de-stressor. Try boiling a pot and see if helps to calm your nervous symptoms. Laugh as often as possible. Frequent laughing can induce feelings of happiness which, in turn, can help ease or ward off anxiety. Watch a funny movie or TV show, hang out with funny people, or just read a funny book. Laugh whenever you can in order to remove stress and anxiety.
Spend some time writing down everything that makes you feel stressed. Put the changeable things in one category and the unchangeable ones in another. Always spend your energy on things that can be changed.
If anxiety and concern seems to overwhelm every waking moment, consider setting aside a specific time in which you allow yourself to think about the things that worry you the most. By restricting your worrying time to this period only, you will be able to free-up the rest of your day to focus on positive, productive aspects of life.
